When you buy one of our homes you will find that our standard finish contains many items some developers would class as 'extras'.

In the unlikely event that you should encounter problems after you move in, our commitment continues for one year and covers such items as kitchen appliances, boilers and bathrooms.

This is why every one of our homes carries the NHBC Buildmark 10 year structural guarantee, and your home is inspected at each stage of its construction by Local Authority and NHBC inspectors. Laurence Homes is very proud to have been awarded A1 status which is the NHBC's highest category.
